VOLUNTEER COUNCIL: DELOITTE
EAT FOR EQUITY: SEATTLE
As part of a team at the Seattle studio, I cofounded and secured funding for the Eat Good, Do Good program, a community-building and education initiative featuring speakers from local non-profits, with opportunities for follow-up volunteer work for participants. We were honored to spotlight the likes of Northwest Trails Association, Redeeming Soles, and Northwest Harvest.
For the company’s annual Impact Day, I have served as an event lead for three years. Twice, I led fearless fundraisers and cyclists through the streets of Seattle in support of Qhubeka, a global organization addressing socioeconomic challenges through two-wheeled mobility. Most recently, my volunteer group descended upon Year Up’s downtown Seattle campus for on-the-job simulations and to restock and organize their clothing closet.
